Jana & Miguel

Jana & Miguel is a band formed and based in Czech Republic. Their music is influenced by elements of Indie Folk, alternative rock, and bossanova.

The band was formed by Miguel from Mexico and Jana from Czech Republic after meeting for the first time in Munich and posterior meetings in Kufstein and Bayreuth, they decided to meet again and start composing music together, this time in Czech Republic.

The group is defined for their delicate tunes, calming voice and relaxing guitar melodies. Lately the music of J&M has being described as “Tender light lovely music”. Jana and Miguel both compose and sing the songs.

For the first summer session in 2011 they recorded 7 songs, 2 of these songs are covers.
